How do i get the color back on a bright yellow top that was accidently washed with dark clothing?

I accidently washed a bright yellow top with my dark clothes which caused it to turn into a “dull” yellow color. How do i get it back to the color it was originally?

Hopefully you haven’t dried the shirt yet. I’ve had a lot of luck using Shout Color Catchers. You should be able to re-wash this shirt with a color catcher, hopefully the dye will once again redistribute in the wash and be deposited onto the catcher and not the shirt.

*Shout color catchers are sold in the laundry aisle and cost about $5 for a box of 25.
