Cricut Cartridge Rental, Milwaukee WI?

I know there are scrapbooking stores that rent Cricut cartridges daily or weekly, but I was wondering if there are any Milwaukee area (preferably North or West) craft shops that rent out cartridges. (I know it’s a long shot to find a Milwaukee resident on here, but the city isn’t listed under the local business tab).

I’m not from Wisconsin, but I have a friend that uses Chirp Express for online Cricut cartridge rentals and really likes it. They are about the same price ($6.99) for a monthly rental as most LSS are for a weekly rental! And they have free shipping both ways, so you don’t have to worry about that.
