Where could I get 7-ply Maple wood?

most of my local lumber yards dont carry it because they are hard wood. I live in so-cal so if you could help that would be great

Find a specialty woodworking shop in your area. They can special order practically any kind of wood. I know that wood is used by instrument makers and such, so I KNOW you can get it SOMEWHERE.
