I have a question about a dress from the movie “Uptown Girls” with Britney Murphy.?

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find something similar to the white dress Britney Murphy wears in the movie Uptown Girls, while she is selling her belongings. I’m not interested in the dress itself but rather the women on, I’m not sure if they’re appliques, patches, or from a pattern. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
