Is this McCall’s pattern too difficult for a beginner?

i’m a senior in high school and im taking a sewing class for the first time this year and i just got a sewing machine for christmas. i’ve already made a purse and a make up bag.. so i want to know. is this dress pattern too hard for a beginner?
and if not, i need some help! because i really don’t understand it! it says easy but i dont think it is..
