Why is there a roll of bathroom tissue thrown on our front porch and a long strip of the bathroom tissue laid?
on the side of our walk way alley where we open the front door and walk out ? What does that mean ? Why did someone do that to us ? Our neighbor also got a roll of bathroom tissue roll thrown on their front porch ???
