How do I get my cat to get along with my dog and vise-versa?

We have a 3 year old american shepherd/akita dog. We have had her since she was a pup. We just rescued a female gray kitty. The vet said she’s somewhere between 6 1/2 months and 1 1/2 years. We also have a pomeranian, but isn’t always around either. The cat (Scrappy) isn’t bothered by the pom ( gizmo), but won’t let the shepherd (Mia) come anywhere near her. The cat hisses and scratched her (mia’s) eye up real bad. They need to be able to live together. Any tips? or links? Thank you in advance

i think u should have one person the dog and one person holds the cat and move them close together and if they fight u should move them apart and then move them back together
