does anyone know how to make a “pocket spinning wheel”?

I don’t have the money to buy a spinning wheel right now and was wondering if anyone knows of directions on how to make a pocket wheel. it’s like a miniature spinning wheel. If you’ve made one let me know too!

I do know how to spin on a drop spindle and want to upgrade to a spinning wheel.
I have a brother who can make almost anything and he said he thinks he could make one if he had some plans.
