Why is my email time stamp incorrect?

When I send or receive email it is time stamped 7 hours later than it was sent or received. (It was 8 hours off before daylight savings time kicked in.)
My computer time is correct. I live in the Pacific time zone and Yahoo answers says the time stamp is set to Pacific time. The time in “calendar” is set to US/Canada Pacific time. I have tried changing that to a variety of time zones but it does not change the time stamp on email. Any ideas?

This one is tricky. It has to do with the BIOS of your operating system. The command was written for LINUX but has been adapted to work on PCs and Macs. So the problem is weather or not your BIOS settings are configured to allow rapid data refresh (RDR). Contact microsoft, they will help guide you through it.
