Is zig zag tobacco healthier than newports?

I know that smoking at all is unhealthy but i wanted to know if zig zag menthol rolling tobacco is any healthier than a pack of newports
please dont answer if youre going to say that smoking is bad. I know its bad im just asking which one is better

It is not healthier, but many of the raw tobaccos you can buy do not use the additives that premade cigarettes do. The additives in premade cigarettes are there to add flavor, but it many cases also are there to increase your dependence on the brand. If you smoke the same brand for a long time, then one day buy a different brand you will often get a headache. This is often due to the withdrawal from addictive additives.
If you are going to roll your own find an additive free tobacco. Just be aware the government just put a huge tax increase of about $24 a pound on bulk tobacco. It is still cheaper than pre-made cigarettes, but not as much as it used to be.
